Mix up your exercise and add in some strength training, I'd say probably every other day. Building up some muscle will help give your metabolism a boost. Bolthouse Farms Ranch Yogurt Dressing. It's only 45 cal for 2 tablespoons, which is super low for ranch, and tastes really good too, unlike that low-fat ranch junk, yick. When I want less calories, I'll use salsa, usually around 15 cal for 2 tablespoons (add ground turkey and spices and you've got taco salad!)
