I had gestational diabetes my first pregnancy I'm now starting to think about having another little one and I have no idea how to start my life style changes. How did you start the changes?

No i dont but i will look into getting one. I just ordered my Insanity last night and it should be here by the 3rd or 7th. Im SO excited!
