  • Ran my 2nd 5K yesterday. Finished in 34:30. I'm not fast, but I did shave a minute off of my finish time from the 1st one I ran (35:44). So I'm happy about that!   • If you are looking for short & effective, I suggest the 30 Minutes to Fitness series by Kelly Coffey-Meyer. I really enjoy her workouts. I have Circuit Burn, Bootcamp, & Weights. I think all of them are really good. Some of the moves are high impact, but she does have a modifier to show the moves without having your feet…
  • Yep! I agree. I did the C25K program. I was so NOT a runner and I'm now running 3.5 miles. I did my first 5K on the 4th of July and still enjoying running. Looking to do another 5K soon. Good luck!!
