Do you have your accurate weight recorded in the Health app on your iPhone? It may use that to determine calorie burn. I'm new to an Apple Watch too and am trying to figure out the best ways to utilize it for this stuff!

I'm still in the process and haven't been accused of losing too much quite yet....but I DO get "You must have had surgery to have to lost that much weight." No disrespect to those who went with gastric surgery options....but, I hate when people assume that must have been the only way I could have done it...blech!

Also, I'd say it's perfectly fine to speed-walk the run intervals instead of running them! It may be a good bridge between the weeks, if needed.

Thanks for starting this! I'm excited to get the bet started. I'm looking forward to getting in the habit of REALLY clean eating. I've been "eating clean" for a couple of months but it's started to slack a little bit. Time to get it back in gear and pay attention to the details! yay for accountability and support! :)
