That is amazing! Way to go... You should be very proud of yourself.

Yeah, I seem to pass gas quite often with Jillian's workouts. Why is that? My favorite is also on LVL 1 when she says "tush". I haven't heard anyone say tush in years.

You look great. Congrats!

Welcome Kat! This is the first step to your weight loss. MFP is a great site for encouragement and ideas.

It's not easy but we are all in this together. My husband isn't skinny but he still loves his "crap" food. Once you get into the routine of logging, you will be surprised on how easy it becomes. There are times when I just want to quit and eat whatever I want but I tell myself how much work that I have put into losing my…

I guess people didn't read her reply. You can't build muscle if you don't work out. I don't know much about this body by vi but you have to get some exercise in.
-
So you are drinking the shakes and all but not working out? This might work for now but how long will you keep it up?

Let your husband "think" he is right sometimes. Lol.

I would like Kim Kardashian, Jessica Alba, or Eva Mendes. Any of the three. I'm not too picky. Lol. I love how they are not stick thin and have some va-va-voom!

You are a Saint.

You should feel very proud.

I weigh myself once a week or sometimes I might sneak in one extra weigh in, in the middle of the week. Weighing everyday would just drive me crazy.

There is no fast fix. Just keep doing what your doing. None of us gained weight over night and it's not just going to fall off overnight. I would double up your water. A 4 lb. weight loss is incredible but don't expect that every week.

Congrats!!!!!!!

I think most of us criticize ourselves when it comes to how we look. I don't have one picture from the past 3 or 4 years where I haven't cropped my belly or arms because of how I think they look. Your picture looks great!

I agree. If you feel like you can tone a little more, go for it. Last night I tried the Jillian Michael's yoga DVD and it was tough. You never realize how strong you have to be to hold some of those poses. Congrats on meeting your goal!!! That is a big accomplishment.

Monica Lewinsky? Really? Ouch!

Moeblessing- I agree with Marisa Tomei.

I usually eat a fruit parfait. 1 cup dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup frozen fruit (pineapple is my favorite) 1/8 cup granola. It's easy and I get my sweet tooth fix.

I have set my goal for 150 lbs. and once I get there, I'll go from there. I'm like some of the other people, just want to be considered healthy with the BMI scale.

Way to go! Nothing better than feeling great in a pair of jeans.

I love my sweets too. When I'm craving something sweet I have a skinny cow ice cream sandwich....They're about 140 calories.

Started yesterday doing Level 2.....OMG! This one is intense but I love every minute of the moans and groans. I think I was making so much noise last night that my husband had to come check on me. It might have turned him on a little. Lol.

"When you are able to talk on he phone with so much commotion going on in the background and the person talking to you asks if you have to go... When in reality you don't even hear it because you have learned to tune it all out Love this one!!! That happens to me all the time." Love this one!! happens to me all the time.

You make up a peepee, poopoo song for your toddler during potty training..... and you catch yourself singing it while YOU'RE going to the restroom.... Food, boogers, and other bodily functions become part of your everyday wardrobe.... You could feed the hungry by the crumbs of food left in the car seat and floor..... You…

You have to want to do it. If it is too tough, start out slowly. Start to cut out some of your downfall foods or find healthier options so you don't feel so restricted. Try to get just 10 minutes a day of exercise and then add 10 minutes...and so on. I know it is tough, I am still new to this but I have never felt so proud…

Most of us have "off" days and that's okay. Just remember how bad that you felt afterward and maybe it'll help you stay on track in the future. If you go out again, try eating something at home before you go, you might not be as tempted to eat all the junk if you are already full.

I started out with Zumba and added 30 DS to my workouts. Zumba really helped build my endurance. When I used to do the biggest loser DVD, I felt like I was going to die after the warm up. Now I can do the whole work out.
