  • Here is my opinion - it is all about the tracking - be HONEST with myfitnesspal, and choose your calories. You can eat the pizza, but not a lot of pizza. I have found that once I put the calories down in writing, I can decide if a food is worth the calories. I get 1200 calories a day. I am 5'2" and I lost 30 pounds…
