I have lost 40lbs so far and have only lost a little bit of boob - I was a 42/44D/DD and now I'm down to a 38/40D/DD (which my boyfriend is very thankful for!). It'll be different for everyone but for me I think even when I get to my goal, my boobs will still be a healthy size.

^^ NOT this. Lightly fry in a pan instead of deep frying. Than way you can see exactly how much oil you are putting in and using. And it'll take just as good.

I get calorie burns from Just Dance, yes. I wear a HRM during the dances and usually burn around 200 calories for a half hour or so.

It took me about 30lbs before I could really notice a difference in photos, except in my face and chin. Don't get down on yourself. the changes will come soon enough!

Make your own at home, including your dough. Or use a pita bread for your crust, works really well and is tasty. I've also seen a "pizzadilla" where you use tortillas and fill them up with pizza stuff like a quesadilla.

To me, any workout is a good work out. As long as you have a little sweat, you are trying hard and you are being active it's good. Watch your sodium and carbs and be patient. Weigh yourself at the same time each time and drink lots and lots of water. Don't worry, it'll start to come off.

Trust me, you will figure it out. It takes a little while to figure out what works and doesn't work. I personally eat Mcdonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc. I do not stop eating things I like (and have lost nearly 40lbs). I would also suggest getting a HRM for during crossfit, you may be burning way more calories than you think, thus making your calorie intake lower, thus not fueling your body properly .

If it helps at all, I think you look gorgeous and you should be so proud of yourself. Give it time, that skin will start to tighten up, i've heard lots of water and core work helps.

I've heard you can gain when you stop. I'd say just watch carbs, fat and sodium when you get off them.

I loved salads, my parents never had to fight me to eat a salad. I also used to eat like dinner rolls with butter topped with sunflower seeds and saltine cracker pizza roll sandwiches and I wonder why I'm on MFP now ;)

I had a horrible experience at Wendy's when I was in high school. I bit into a chicken sandwich and it was mainly raw and veiny. I will not eat their chicken sandwiches anymore, EVER. I eat their nuggets and burgers.
