What DO you eat? How are you not starving? That's A LOT of exercise and calories being burned on very little food

Everybody's body is completely different so it's hard to say if someone's rate of loss is slower than someone elses. In my personal opinion, you should probably be eating more than 1200 calories a day for sure, considering how much you are working out. And maybe add some weight lifting in instead of all cardio.

10 pounds in a month? I'd kill for 10 pounds in a month. I haven't lost a pound since December. and yet, I still am working at it. If you are disappointed in 10 pounds in a month, you are in for a long hard road.

Although this hasn't been to long, just wanted to add that I have been trying to watch my carbs more and up my protein a bit as well. Not sure if this will be in the suggestion but it's worth mentioning.
