I am a 47 year old female, weigh 218 lbs, desk job, but I walk about 30 mins a day. my TDEE is 2019 and my BMR is 1692.25 would like to lose 1.5 to 2 lbs per week. I have read to eat 30% less then my TDEE which would be 1413.3 calories, but then I read NOT to eat below your BMR ?? very confused...what should my daily calorie intake be?
