ok i am back to the 30 day shred today, i have slacked off for 4 days!!!, soooo ashamed, but today will be the 4th day on level 2, i got to get back into it because i DO NOT WANT TO START OVER AGAIN! back to feeling good and jillian kicking my *kitten*!!!! lol

DAY 8 TODAY FOR ME, IT WOULD OF BEEN DAY 9 BUT I DIDN'T GET TO DO IT THE OTHER DAY. ALMOST TO LEVEL 2!!

Day 5 today of the shred!! I was sore at first but better today and the workout has gotten a little easier :)

You look really pretty, you did before too, but you look nice and that dress really shows off your curves girlfriend!! Good job, my sister and i are trying. I lost 17LBS so far so hopefully i will get that way soon! I started the 30 day shred today, day 2 tomorrow, so make sure ya do it too lol!!! congrats :)

Ok thank you! well day 2 for level one tomorrow. It is hard so hopefully it will get easier for me but i can't give up!

i joined the 30 day shred with jillian michaels, but i don't know what to put the exercise under. Today i just put it under calisthenics, vigorous and part aerobics general. Would that be ok??

I am from Morgantown, West Virginia. I don't have any dogs to keep me motivated cuz i'm not allowed to have them in my apartment :( but i do have my sister that is also a member of myfitness and we try to motivate each other. We text each other and make sure that we have exercised for the day or we can stalk each others…

I usually get on my gazelle between 45-60 minutes almost everyday. Sometimes i have to work long shifts from 6:30a to 7p, so i am tired and it is hard to get motivated on exercising after long days like that lol. I know it is NOOO EXCUSE!! lol, but i usually do that and use my cardioglide and i also do leslie sansone's 3-4…
