I take classes at the gym that are a cardio/weights mix. Most instructors at our gym do stations during group classes. Every other station is weights and usually every body part is used by the end of class. The cardio stations are jumping rope, step work, jump squats,ect. What do you think about that type of routine?

Good for you! :happy: Any activity is better than no activity! Maybe you could throw in an exercise dvd to boost your level.

Once you get hooked on exercise you will hate to miss a day at the gym...But you need to join a really good gym, try your local YMCA they are the best!
