  • I think 30 day shred is easier. Its a little shorter and there's only 3 levels vs. 4. I usually do ripped in30 when 30DS gets easy/boring
  • I make a homemade salad, put lettuce in a tupperware container then in snack sized zip loc bags (seperate bags) I put shredded parmesan,and croutons. Then mix it all up at lunch so its fresh. I measure everything out so I stay healthy and in my calorie range. Also string cheese and an apple for afternoon snacks

  • It is really hard if he is not on the same page. My bf always used to suggest we go out to eat, never wanted to go grocery shopping (so then we had to go out to eat).   • I try to stay away from cardio when I'm sick because it's harder to breathe with a stuffy nose, etc. But I still do strength training or an abs workout so I don't 'fall off the wagon'
