Another thing to keep in mind. The gluten free replacements, flour, bread, bars,... are usually quite high in calories.

I find that proteins are the thing that keep me satisfied the longest. Make sure its lean proteins like the turkey sausage example. The egg whites are great too. I use protein supplements to boost my veggies too. Also, I adore egg substitute in lots of recipes as well as low fat greek yogurt and low fat cottage cheese.

I do! Evenings are bad for me and 3 extra slices of pizza would be overeating for me. My calories I can take in are only 1000. Believe it or not, I do believe there is a starvation mode as well. But some people's fuel tanks are quite different than others. If I eat over 1400 I will gain weight.
