Totally agree! Logging is so incredibly important. It's really easy to lose track of what you eat, to minimalize what you are actually ingesting - but when it's on paper you are totally aware. I'd check your calories - you may be eating to few. I know that's a weird concept - I struggle with accepting it too.

I love Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It's only 20 minutes but kicks your butt! I'm 9 days in and can already see results. You can see how it's worked for a number of people by searching the forums for "30DS Results" or "30 Day Shred Results" - there are a number of before and after pictures.

I have the same thing - For the past 9 months I have been hiking 4-5 days a week for 80 minutes, plus doing something active at least one day on the weekends and am at a standstill. I guess I'm not eating enough but it's really frustrating - I'd hate to think I need this much exercise just to maintain where I am at!
