Walked this afternoon for 60 minutes with my boyfriend.

Did my 20 minutes walking and on the exercise bike. Also did two sets of the punches=40 punches.

Finished my monkey moves for 5 minutes. I know I am out of shape, but I really felt it (impinged shoulder did make it more of a challenge).

If this was winter and I was relying on the wood I was to chop, I would freeze! This morning I walked on the treadmill for 5 minutes and was too ill to do anything else the rest of the day. I will try to do better tomorrow.

I only did one 3 minute marching and it seemed more like 10 minutes. However, I felt better after it was over.
