I don't bother as if I am doing it right on the plan I follow, eventually the ketones would stop showing so just know that if I stick to what I need to do I will be fine

Zero carb is basically, just eating meat - I may have eggs at times, but they are animal products - there is a minute amount of carbs in what I eat but ZC is used as a term for anything from the animal kingdom - as in-total it ends up as below 5g carbs per day.

I still struggle with binge eating issues and never choose to have cheat days but know they are going to happen every so often, if I were to plan them in, I would end up on longer binges I am hoping to get to the point where I am happy and not bingeing this is my ultimate goal
