I've been lifting heavy, so I'm on the right track I guess. I would just like to see my arms with more definition... My stupid scale won't budge very much lately, thanks to a stupid plateau I'm trying to get through. Anyone have any good arm exercises in mind?

grrrr...not a fan of pushups.....lol! :) I usually do 8-10 reps and 3 sets of them for any of the exercises I do with lifting.

25 is my first choice...but some of them look good and it's more about their shape than that number.

I track everything all week and weekend long. I wonder how much of a difference just watching my calories vs.. following their exact meal plan would work...

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm trying to slim down (running walking) but am also toning up. (lifting on my circuits home gym) I try to eat the protein in my allowance because I was told that's what you need to build the muscle.

Do both, like intervals. It will keep your body guessing what's coming up next. :)

My moment was when the doctor told me I was going to end up with diabetes due to my medical history and weight. :( I don't want that again (I have had it 2xs now with my pregnancies) and I will tell you shots and insulin…

It is a liquid, so i would say it counts and log it. A lot of those 'fake sugars' aren't really good for you though. I was drinking the Wal mart brand sugar free drinks and found out it gives me headaches and stalled my losing weight. Good luck!

I'm in the same boat as you...but overall I have lost inches from all over. I've been at it for about 5 months now (with a month off for surgery) and I can see a difference in myself. Not as much as I'd hoped for just yet, but it takes time. it makes my hubby laugh when he sees me flein' in the bathroom mirror. Oh well,…

They are both flattering to your figure, but the sequin one reminds me of a prom or something with the sequins. I would say the black one. :)
