What a great idea! I gave in and had a sneak this morning. Tell you the truth, because the numbers had gone down I was kind of reassured and now think I can stay off the scale for a week (which is an achievement for me!!). Will try your trick and who knows, may not get on 'til the end :)

Believe it or not but my reward will be buying a mirror for my dressing room! My dog ran into the one I had (Luckily, he didn't get hurt!!) and I saw a nice one I wanted to replace it with but it was a bit pricey. So as a reward I'll get that and see the results of my efforts :)

Hello! I'm starting today as Day 1. I'm hoping this challenge will help me better manage my food on weekends and to stay away from the scale. I can be obsessive and be on it first thing in the morning & again before bed. So I'm going to start by trying to weigh myself only once a week and build up from there :)
