You can do it! This is a great tool to use. Just don't beat yourself up when you have a "bad day". They happen. I lost 50 pnds last year and have 50 more to go plus some. The little changes make a big difference. Feel free to add me.

I really enjoy the hula hoop on the Wii also! I am having the same problem though. My hips/butt are bigger than any other part of my body. My pants are very butt saggy and loose in the legs and waist but they fit my hips! I also have lost more up top. My boobs are shrinking in a bad way. Any ideas on that?

Ok, well I have lost some this week and I have logged in everyday!! Tomorrow will be my rough day. I have started getting back into my exercising but have not completly met my goal there. I do know that tomorrow I will be running around in a gym full of wrestlers and getting plenty of exercise that way though.

I had a bad food weekend. I was under calories but what I ate was not good choices! I didn't even exercise much besides housework and hauling laundry up and down the stairs. I am back on track today though!

I haven't lost enough yet to notice any changes but I have noticed that the first my mother always loses is her boobs. That saddens me because mine are one of the only things I like about my body :)

We can do this! I am having a hard time getting alone time to exercise but I am feeling more motivated. I have noticed that the more water I drink, the better I feel all day long. Keep it up ladies! I get to weigh tomorrow and feel unsure about that.
