Bump! I really want to start using my crockpot because I work 2pm to 10pm and don't have much time before work to prepare meals.

I eat egg whites, turkey sausage crumbles(the fully cooked kind by Jimmy Dean), and fat free cheddar cheese. I cook the egg whites, and then add in the sausage and cheese till its all melty and warm. Then I serve it on toast with a little butter. Its really really good and very low cal!

I go with Yoplait Light Yogurt - tons of flavors and very sweet for only 90 calories a serving. You could also crush up a few fat free pretzel sticks in this to add some salty too it and it wouldn't be to many extra calories. I was looking on www.hungrygirl.com the other day, and I'm pretty sure I came across a zuchnni lasagna recipe. Just go to her site and you will find TONS of stuff and I'm sure she has a recipe for that cause she has a lot.

Yea - I'm goingt to try avoiding the sweets and what not completely and all the snacky foods because once I have a few bites I don't want to stop eating them so I know I'll blow my diet if I do that.

Yea - back when I was doing Weight Watcher's I ate the 100 cal packs of Popcorn... I intend to buy some when I go grocery shopping Monday - I will really miss my extra butter popcorn but thats not part of healthy.
