I'm 5'1/2'' and CW is 140. I was down to 130 in October, but injured my back and had limited mobility. My GW is around 117, and UGW 110. However, I'm not sure what the likelihood of this is considering muscle density and how much weights I lift. Ideally I'd like a 24"-25" waist and a BFP of 20-25, but we'll see when I get…
