Anyone can feel free to add me as well. I'm on my 3rd week but I missed workout 3 on Monday. I don't feel too bad however as I jogged 3 miles on Sunday (when I should have been resting:noway: ). Workout 4 was killer but I got through it!

I start 3/4 tomorrow and I'm really contemplating just repeating 1/2 like you. I'm going to give it a go though, and worst case scenario, go back to 1/2 on Thursday/Friday if I find 3/4 unbearable.

This was the same for me. The scale said I lost 0.8 lbs after week one but I definitely feel and see the changes in my body. I need to start measuring inches so I can get a better idea of what's going on. I hope week two will yield better results. I have my weigh-in on Monday :embarassed:

I started March 3 as well...first timer! The workouts are killer so far. Definitely not easy. I've had to modify planks somewhat and my crunches and supermans are... well.... terrible! LOL. Just started this program this week! I'm a bit out of shape so when I started Workout 1 I was so tired half-way through. However day 2 I found I enjoyed Workout 2 more. I'm excited about this program. So far so goof! I'm not following her meal plan, but I'm ensuring my caloric intake is 1200-1400 per day.
