  • I use Body Fortress after workouts too, and it's actually pretty tasty! I add ice and powdered peanut butter, peppermint extract, or instant coffee for a little variety.

  • Pretty much everything they make is tasty IMO! Especially the BBQ Riblets and Spicy Black Bean Burgers. For a while there I was eating one MS item everyday. Don't eat them quite as often these days because I'm trying to cut back on all frozen/processed stuff and eat more whole foods.. But I still love em! Enjoy!

  • We both have a body spray that we wear casually and then a fancier one that we save for special occasions. The BF wears Old Spice Fiji everyday and the green Lacoste (not sure of the actual name) when we go out. I wear Polo #1 body spray everyday and he got me Armani Emporio for my birthday.. I save that one for date-night…

  • I got a waterproof bag/headphone set from amazon.com.. I wouldn't trust it enough to put my droid or ipod touch in it, but just get a little cheapy MP3 player that will hold enough music to last thru your workout. This is just my poor persons answer to your question!!…
