Ugh...I knew I was doing the calculations wrong! Thanks all. It irrritates me that they mention the 4 cups with the unpopped amount, but then give you the cals by cup. I should have looked at the details more closely. Sabotaging myself! I knew it was too good to be true!

When I was in HS and college I would be rendered useless for a day or two with horrible cramps and would throw up constantly. The only thing that helped was going on the pill. It helped regulate me and ease the issues. Good luck!

I REFUSE to give up wine. I've lost 22 pounds total on my weight loss journey and didn't cut out my weekend adult-beverages. You're welcome to add me! My fave is red, but with it being summer I've been drining a lot of whites...I like clean and crisp, not too fruity.
