No . I do an hour and a half to two hours cardio including treadmill , elliptical , and stationary bike. Also arm lifts and leg lifts maxing out at about 40lbs. Just looking for some other creative ways to work on my stomach because that is my main focus at the moment. and sit ups hurt my tail bone. So I was just trying to…

i do about an hour and a half of cardio a day. but i feel like that is not what is going to get rid of all this extra stomach i have. so trying to work on tighting that while i do cardio.

Yeah me too. Im eating healthier and exercising daily. I am taking them to get a boost on my weight loss. Just figured I would see if any one else had tried them. But thank you for your responce.
