never ever eat before bed, you dont have a chance to burn them off. I struggle with the cut off time, but would like to stop eating completely around 10pm. Hardly ever happens. But if I feel the urge, I get water or make plain popcorn.

rice cakes, skim milk, Vector, Almonds, Raisins, Fruit & Vegg

trail mix, rice cakes and the occasional popcorn. My recipe: heat a bit of olive oil in a pot, throw in salt while it heats, pop your popcorn kernals but just before they pop throw on any spice you want (white cheddar) and it cooks into the popcorn. No need for any extra butter or salt.

well since tea with nothing in it counts, I dont count that. Or gum but everything else, I count so I can know roughly how many to burn

I tend to try and stay well under the daily allotted calories. Like today: I ate 1200/1950. Burned 330. Not even hungry because I don't want to risk eating back what I just burned.
