i weigh daily, sometimes multiple times a day just for interest. but just watching my morning base line is crazy.. now that ive lost a fair bit it doesnt jump around as much. also given your weight and the time you spend on the machines (depending on the intensity) 350-450 may be low for calories burned..... and also keep in mind a week or 2 stalled isnt a huge deal in the long run though it does feel it at the time

many may say its not the exercise thing but if you noticed this stall after starting the exercise id say try to eat at least half if not all of the calories burned in exercise back for a few weeks and see what happens

yep, I see a difference, bit by bit now that bones and muscles are starting to show up from under the fat but on the whole i still look like me to me. Only side by side pictures can i really see the difference.
