More recently i started exercising more and wasnt eating back my…

its one thing that i actually never thought of when i was heavier and only noticed when i had dropped a fair bit. Friends and family are mostly the same aside from the either way to go on your loss or the you have lost too much. Public, people at work, people in the stores its hugely noticeable. You can do it, the support…

are you eating back your exercise calories? if not your body my be holding on to everything it can. likely your exercise would put you below the recommended minimum of 1200?

yeah thats what i was figuring, just 3500 seems high, thats all. I'm jealous is all, i'm around the same weight and at 1600 cals a day reduced, so a 2000 cal gap seems huge. as for the crap part, some crap is ok, calories are calories as long as its a once in a while thing, sure eating crap all the time is bad but eating…

wow, what did you do for exercise to get that high a caloric intake?
-
could be anything, stick with it! :) make sure you arent overdoing it too. i recently was holding weight for a few weeks, found between my exercises and reduced calories my net may have been too low, started eating more to make up for the exercise and started losing weight again. who knows.
-
