Daily, after the shower before work. As others have said its not the number on a given day its the general trend. i tried weekly and that stressed me because sometimes it would be the high weght those days so it looked like i was lossing nothing then bam a big drop. But i can see how the fluctuations daily would stress…

how old are the shoes? not years/months.. how many miles on them? Might be worth talking to your dr or physio therapist about, could be something simple like a pinched nerve.... i had part of my leg doing the same when standing, but not running, few simple exercises and so far so good.

beside the food tab there is an exercise tab. if you have some of the different apps for running etc you can sync them so it all just happens or you can manually add things by searching them same as you do for entering food. good luck

This holds for me too in some ways, even though i can see differences as i said above, on the whole, looking in the mirror i still look like me to me. Im almost 130lb less of me but until i see pictures of the"old" me i dont see it in the mirror. weird

too funny, was just talking about this with a friend. for me it was clothes starting to fit differently followed by bones or muscles starting to show up that had been long buried. Those are the ones that still motivate me in some strange way , always interesting to find a new bump or bone structure feature revealed as the…

you wont regret your decision, over many different years and different attempts at lossing weight this stuck. Sure i have lost and gained some back and lost more and gained a bit back but over all its been down hill, the only times ive gained in the last 3 years..... when i stopped using mfp lol. Good luck :)

awesome :) i can remember a lot of my goals from walking 3km to running 5km to starting to set time/distance goals and achieving them. Distance and time dont matter as long as you are doing something and challenging yourself. keep it up :)

Hey, do what works for you! Anything is better than nothing :). Some day i suspect you will run outdoors... i use to be too embarrassed to do it myself, I was terrified the first few times I did, but now far prefer it. treadmill to me is a necessary evil lol. As has been said a good time is one you finish, Next is one you beat your personal best. if you are wanting to compare to other runners, most races are timed and with google you can find previous years data normally. With that you can look at other people doing the same distance and the same age bracket etc. The only thing…

take it out side, you'll never look back :) and of course keep an eye out for another used one. i broke the deck on my last one... thank go it was after i lost a pile of weight, that would have been an ego blow lol. An attempt at a compliment. Some people, well pretty well everyone, st some time or another try to give a compliment with out thinking about how the words could be perceived. Heck, ever tell someone their kid looks soon much like them or like their partner, it's easy to see where they get their looks, wow dad they have…

It's supposed to be one of the best. I guess it depends on who you listen too. If your knee is giving you grief then it's definitely a great option and way better than doing nothing. If you knee isn't giving you grief it's probably a good cross training exercise, but I wouldn't switch from one to the other completely with…

when i first started i exercised mainly so i could eat more, now that i am not cutting back as hard i tend to not need them to feel full. i eat some of them back but rarely all of them. i suspect its different for everyone based on how much they are restricted to begin with.
