Just like carbs, sugar in and of itself is not bad. The less refining of food, the better it will be. So whole grains, and natural sugar are not the issue. Bananas, apples, berries are low calorie sugar foods. You will never hear a case of a person saying they are overweight from eating too many fruits or vegetables.

I have plenty of protein from eating tofu and soy in different recipes. I am on the road a lot during lunch, and get a protein bar quite frequently. If it is a true issue, buy a protein shale powder and be done with it. I also think the RDA or protein is way too high.

During my working day I was never hungry, but when I got home, I was ready to eat a house. Exercise has helped curb that feeling 2. Eat better foods. Empty…

Typically a Friday night I might have 3-4 drinks. I earn it through my exercise though the previous week, and my exercise the next. This is changing your eating and…

I would say you need to remember your motivation for doing this. If it is for other people to notice, it will likely be a failure no matter what. I do not condemn or condone DPG. She does what she does, you do what you do. Do it for yourself, and for your health. Good luck and keep pushing.
