@dancer2u - I run on the treadmill for 30-50 minutes a day. That is how I lost most of the weight and of course eating a lot better than I was (not eating fast food, or junk snacks like chips and pop). Right now I am focusing on shaping my arms and legs with basic moves I found online. It just comes to show you don't need…

Height: 5'6" Start Weight: 195 Current weight: 145 Before and after losing a total of 50 pounds! I am exercising daily now.. best lifestyle change I could ever make for myself :) I went from a size 14 jeans to a size 6!

Mine is an old school microphone with roses surrounding it and the words "sing from the heart" around it. I got it for my dedication of love for music and singing....music is a powerful thing!

I'm 5'6", I WAS a size 14 and weighed 195 back in June.... I'm 155 now and I wear a size 10 or 8 in some jeans now :)

My dog opens the backdoor to let himself in. He's only 5 months old but he's so smart. Its just weird how he knows how to do it hahaha.

Born and raised Canadian - but my heritage background is Dutch (on both sides, I consider myself as being mostly dutch), Irish, English, French, Polish... I'm total european, haha! I have relatives that live in the US too, but i'm not sure if that counts as my heritage being American also!
