Soda tastes like garbage to me and they are not good for you in general. That said, everything in moderation.

tomatoes, bananas, avocado, coffee, cantaloupe. You can Google foods high in potassium there are many. I changed my records so that I can see how much potassium I am getting from certain foods. Lots of water will also help the cramps.

My son is now 20yo and I placed him backwards on the toilet, facing the tank, and used the cheerio method. Consistency and patience is the key. Tons of praise about what a big boy he was and we were done in a weekend.

DITTO on all of the above. I am currently on the DL from running due to a small heart problem I need affirmation on from the cardiologist. I had to back out of one of my many 5K's and it is deflating, but I would rather be able to run in the next few weeks than create permanent damage. Listen to you doctor and good luck…

I hated running, but decided to try C25K, once I completed that program I was hooked. The day a experienced a true runners high, I was addicted. Now it is a competition with myself. I can't run at the moment, healthy issues, but as soon as I am released there is no stopping me.

I forgot about the joint pain and inflammation also. I have it mixed with water and sprayed in my garden, sure helps eliminate many of the garden pests and naturally. Wish it would keep those darn cats out of the garden. :)

I will take when I travel to maintain my digestion function. It will interfere with any medication you take, so wait to take meds a couple hours after you have taken DE. I add to apple juice, couple of tablespoons. My sister loves this stuff.

My babies are grown now, but I would do a couple nights a week for me and about 430-5am runs or DVD's in the morning. I found I was a better working mom when I made sure I gave myself this very important time. Many nights I went to bed at the same time they did just to maintain my sleep. LOVE my morning coffee and there are many benefits to drinking coffee. Antioxidants and potassium are just a couple. Besides, there are worse things I could be consuming than coffee - Sugar, Simple Carbohydrates, Highly processed foods, etc etc etc. Keeping my coffee :drinker: :heart: :heart: :heart: :heart:

On the weekends, I like to have a clean fresh face, but I always have at least mascara on. Just can't help it. I give kudos to all those beautiful ladies that can go all natural and do.

This . . . . and . . . I am beginning to love the way I look again. Everyday when I look in the mirror and say "keep up the hard work, way to go" Just the way I feel is a reward. All the cute work out clothes help to :)

Multi-Grain Cheerios with unsweetened almond milk or oatmeal with almond milk. LOVE them both. Try to always have a banana also to help keep leg cramps away.

My husband and I DO NOT fart, belch or even go to the restroom in front of one another. We never have and don't feel these are things that need to be shared. I want my privacy in the bathroom and so does he. I do find it crude and rude when this is done in front of anyone. And BTW , I am far from any kind of prude.

This is me as well. My kids are the same. I don't feel like I will die, but I am very red. As long as you feel good, heart rate is good, I would not worry.
