Cobb's Comedy Club or Punchline are both great also!! Walking or taking a taxi if very easy and best transportation if you are just visiting. Your…

I am 5'1 and my goal is 115 and am currently sitting at 122. Ideally, I would love 110 like I had been the majority of my younger life. But I don't think I will get there.

Love it, I'm now using bridge to 10k, just finished a Mud Run in Lathrop and doing my first 5K in Stockton Saturday. I like this new addiction!!

While we all strive to maintain our healthy and stay in shape. I love this quote!! Have fun with life also. 'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting, ' Holy *kitten*... What a Ride!! ' unknown

Check out C25K on active.com. Love love loved it and it turned me into a runner. I am now doing the bridge to 10k. Did a Mud Run this past weekend and my first 5K will be Saturday 5/28. For me it has become addicting and I get that feel so free feeling every morning while I am running before anyone is awake. Good Luck and…

I think this is just our age, but it drives me crazy!! First place I gain is my middle section so of course that last place I lose is my middle section. UGH

Thank you, I was looking for more of a calorie count instead of points. I think I will make strawberry cake tonight. :) Leftovers come to work with me and everyone is happy.

I am 5' 1" and weighed 95lbs in high school and stayed like that after 3 children and into my late 30's. Don't want to be that small now, but would love a nice 110-115 of good muscle.

The pastrami sandwich on dutch crunch at the deli close to our house. OMGosh, don't even ask me to share!

I know I will set another goal when I reach my current goal. This won't be a weight loss goal but most likely a goal to challenge myself again. I have a Survivor Mud Run on April 22nd and a 5K on April 28th, so maybe begin to train for a 10K or better my 5K finish in the next 5K run? But my one reward will be a new pair of…

I have only 30-45 minutes a day I can exercise, I alternate my cardio (running) with my Jillian DVD's. It has been working great thus far.

Very well stated, I can't say I completely enjoy my rest days. I will mostly just take a walk, which actually feels good on my stressed muscles. I am defiantly not in my 20's anymore and can't go forever, two workouts a day back then. Our bodies need a day to recoup and build back what we have broke down. I certainly feel…

Ditto on the above. I love my cardio and love my strength training. For women, as we age it is very important to include strength training into our routine. Keeps our bones healthy and our bodies young.

I can't eat before cardio, it makes me feel sick. I have about a half cup of coffee in the morning and then cardio. A good breakfast right after.

I haven't really thought about it yet? But I think I just want to feel good about it and then work on my strength training. ROCK HARD BODY will be the next goal.

My best mile has been just over an 8min mile, running 2miles. Try using C25K, it is a great program and very easy to follow. Gets you running a 5K or 30mins in 9 weeks. I love it and it has saved me from pushing to hard and injurying my knees. Good luck and do what you feel is good for you.

I also refuse to give up anything. Luckily, I don't like sweets, crackers, potato chips, or soda (hate soda) etc . . .but I love love love my husbands amazing cooking and many times his gourmet is laden with unwanted calories. It's about moderation. It's not about dieting, because diets seem to fail. My children call me…
