Also keep in mind that the fitibit is tracking activity level as well as steps. I have days where I don't even hit 6k steps but because I was up and moving for a big chunk of the day, I earn more calories back than days when I log a 12k step hike but sit around the rest of the day. I'm eating to my goal. Whatever MFP - Fitbit synced calories says I should eat. My MFP Goal is something like 1450. With Fitibit adjustments it's on average somewhere between 1700 and 2000. Somedays I'm under, some days I'm over. Matt
