  • Been there done that with thyroid. Hang in there! I can tell you that the best thing I ever did was MOVE...you have to exercise and walk everyday. It is not easy, but what I did was weight lifting (5-10lb weights) & walking. The weight did come off. I was doing really well with it til I got sick with pneumonia & a heart…
