  • My local target shows they have them in-stock and I was just there today! Darnit! I do have the FitBit Ultra and have worn one for over a year now. The integration with MyFitnessPal's app is fabulous. My biggest drawback is not having the blutooth sync like this model has, so I have to wait til I get home to sync my FitBit.

  • Take it slow! Don't over do it. After two weeks of the C25k program my knees ended up swelling and hurting. I had to take two weeks off to let the swelling go down. Apparently my knees don't like treadmills. Don't rush yourself, but don't hold yourself back. Repeat a week if needed, but certainly don't stay on a week…
