I just signed up for a gym membership through my insurance company. Cost $25/mth. This $25/mth gets me access to over 5gyms in a 5 mile radius of my home address, including the Anytime Fitness, Curves, YMCA, etc. I live in the northwest burbs of Chicago so that is very reasonable for my area.
