The nike fuel looks awesome! I have a fitbit which I love, but it is easy to lose. Just might have to get myself the nike fuel also when it is available.

I'm 5'4 and current weight is 145. Goal weight is 130. Was 128 a few years ago but age (I'm 48) is catching up with me. It gets more difficult to lose weight the older I get.

Wow! I have to say that you are beautiful at any weight.

Ok. I admit I am jealous! I too am a mom of 3, although quite a bit older at age forty something. I would be in heaven if I could get into the 120's again. You have an awesome hourglass shape. If I weighed what you do I would look like a straight stick. No curves, etc. You should be very proud of yourself!

I agree. When I saw pics of myself at my heavyist is what inspired me to lose weight. The face shows it all.

Good Advice!

I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 125. Current weight is 147. I'm 48 years old and the older I get the more difficult it is to lose weight. But I know it is possible.

and remember, quitting smoking is more important right now than losing weight. The first couple of months, OK, the first 6 months!, that I quit I didn't worry too much about weight gain. Heck, I had enough to worry about.....I did start a couch to 5k running program a couple of months after I quit. Mostly as a challenge…

I quit a pack a day habit exactly two years ago. There is a great support website called quitnet.com I often went to that site to get support, vent my frustration, and celebrate each moment smoke free. Exercise really helps. If you drink alcohol, avoid it during the first few weeks of quitting. Get lots of sleep. You can't…

Wow! For all the struggles that women go through regarding body image, I'm shocked at the number of you who've indicated that your Mom's have had some of the most negative comments. I've always told my daughter (who is 21 now) to love her body. She is blessed with curves that I never had. She was overweight for a few…

Actually, my thighs never touched until I was well into my thirties and twenty five pounds over weight. And that's after three kids, meaning, I had given birth three times and my thighs didn't rub together. It was later after I gained weight and was over the weight range for my height that my thighs started rubbing…

I too want my thighs not to rub together. I;d also like my arms to look better in a tank top.
