NSV - size 18 fit!!!

I've only lost 2lbs so far, but I can see and feel the weight loss much more than just that little bit!! I've been wearing size 20-24 (brands vary) jeans for the last year or so, and lately, they've been looser!! :) But today just for 'fun' I decided to try on the size 18 capris in the back of my closet... THEY FIT!!! (litterally squeezed into them, but still) I'll take that little bit as further motivation :) may not be a HUGE success, but it's still a success! :)

    Way to go, Kitty! Any loss is a good loss. I always imagine a pound lost as a pound of butter or a pound of bacon "melted" from my body. Someone recently mentioned filling a clear jar with marbles...one for each pound lost...a nice visual. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
