I'm a Correctional Officer at a Juvinile correctional facility in Montana. It has it's challenges, but everyday is different.

Congrats.Your story gives me hope. I was at 240 and dropped to 210 before starting this site. I would like to get to 180 or 175. Good luck on the wiegh in.

My biggest kick in the *kitten* was seeing 240 on the scale. 10 years ago I was 160. Also looking at pictures of me and seeing man boobs through an XL shirt. Another wake up was when going hunting and my 58 year old dad out walking me.

I wouldn't go with Insanity especially if you haven't worked out in a long time. I'd suggest starting something a little less physical and eventually work into Insanity, especially when you need to tone and tighten things up. I did it last year and didn't lose any weight, just a couple of inches.

My wife and I went to *kitten* 2 in theater for our first movie date. The funniest part about the whole thing was listening to 3 drunk 40+ year old cowboys that were sitting behind us.
