You are probably NOT eating enough! If you are doing P90 twice a day. My trainer says to eat a bluk of your calories for breakfast (3-400) and make sure you are eating spmething within 25 mins of waking. Also.. sweetners will stop you from loosing weight. They destroy your metabolism by tricking it into thinking it doesnt…
