You may have always been a big eater, but if you are being so rigid about going over your macro-nutrients and calories...it sounds disordered. If you "can't" even though you are hungry, there's some sort of psychological barrier. Is it fear? If so, get professional help sincerely, a recovered anorexic

I really like green smoothies. This one is my favorite: 1 c plain yogurt 2 c raw baby spinach 1 banana 3/4 c frozen pineapple enough milk or cold water to get it to the desired consistency (usually about 1/2 a cup)
