you have to make the commitment to put in that dvd everyday and do the work if you want the results! :) level 1 is okay, i hated level 2, but level 3 is my favorite & im currently on day 25~ its worth doing if you want to be more fit :D

its split into 3 parts- level 1, level 2, & level 3. you do each level for ten days, so 10 days for level 1, 10 days for level 2, and 10 days for level 3. which adds up to 30 days! :) its awesome btw, the first day killed me :P
