I have no answer but wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I just bought some face lotion to try, thinking maybe my skin was to dry. I feel itchy, burny, and annoyed everytime I have a really great workout and it is only on my face... If you find anything that works please let me know :):) and good luck

When I did the first day. I made it through...... but had to jog in place a couple times instead of the last few jumping jacks. I also can not kick my but. I think it might be the size of my thighs. I think I just have two much blob right there and my foot cant reach. I think it is going to be so worth it :):):)

Hello all, I started yesterday 2/15. I just did my day 2 level 1 about 20 minutes ago. I am really excited to see how this goes :):) I am going to go post some measurments now!!
