My goal weight is 135; however, I would be willing to go down 5 more pds. I am 5'7 and plan to lift routinely after that!

OK, I just gained three pounds back since last weigh in. I want to get down to 135, so that means I have 11 pds to lose now! I want to lose this weight before I begin to lift weights as a routine workout program. The last ten pounds seems so hard to get off! Anyone else feel this way??? I am open to suggestions :)

I take Sugar Snap Peas to class and eat them as a snack. Many of my classmates laugh at me only because they are not use to seeing someone pull out a snack such as snap peas.. I've never tried Greek yogurt, but I am going to. I have always been curious to how different the taste is from regular yogurt. By reading some of the post on here, I am thinking that I will start with CHOBANI. :)
