Thanks Skinnylion. On a weekly basis I'm normally over my target by a little, but I think that's because I'm eating my exercise calories even when I don't want them and then eating loads the next day because I'm hungry. I guess it's worth carrying them over for a week or two and seeing if that brings me back down to…
