38 H or 38HH depends...........I bloody hate them and would get the lopped off tomorrow if I could afford it! I would love to be a 36c like I used to be but alas I know that will never happen now :( If I could be an E that would be something I suppose it won't stop me tripping over them if they're 'sans bra' though!

Oooh snap, will be 40 in December have lost 2 stone and now need to lose the last 8...eeek! I too have swtiched from Slimming World to a calorie controlled diet as although SW does work it doesn't address the issue of overeating which is a large part of my problem so I'm kind of enjoying what 'normal' sized portions should…

I think no matter how many exercises I did focussing on this area I can't see as how they'd be effective when the boobalina's in question are tucked into my waistband.......

Welcome and good luck, and 40 isn't middle aged!! I know this for a fact as I am 40 this year and under no circumstances am I prepared to be middle aged.....I'm far to hip and happening and down with the kids (ahem) for that..........do they still say hip?
