Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. First, fruit is higher in fiber than any processed foods that contain sugar. Fiber helps to slow down the absorbtion rate of the sugars, which is why you don't get a "high" followed by a "crash" like you do with a candy bar. Thanks for the reply. I do workout, but mostly weight training, which burns fewer calories. I do cardio as well, but only 20 minutes on the stationary bike 2-3 times/week (burning only 100-130 cals/time, according to the automated bike system).
