Just keep working at it. I know what you mean. Sometimes you feel like you are doing so good but the scale doesnt budge. It could be from water retention. Do you weigh yourself in the morning. A friend of mine told me always weigh yourself in the am and try to make it at the same time. Congrats on your weightloss already!

I really dont know. a friend of mine was doing it and lost alot of weight so I did some research on it and I think its the red yellow green light system. Red-Foods you avoid completely Yellow- Foods that you can have occasionaly Green- Foods you can have all the time I am really liking it. Its easy to follow.

Hi! I feel like that is realistic. Thats about 2-3 pounds a week. I think that is very attainable. I am trying loose a hundred pounds by my 25th birthday which is in Oct. My goal is to loose 10 pounds per month. Friend me and we can encourage each other!

Welcome! You will find a lot of support here. I am new too. I am not sure if you need to consume all the calories you gained back from exercise. I try not to but that is just me. I feel like why would I excercise and then eat back the calories I just burned. But that just me. Good luck!

Thanks for all the replys. Sometimes it is so hard because I may be on the road and need to go through the drive through. I try and order like grilled chicken and I wont eat the bun. I have started a journal of fast food restaurants so I can know how many calories are in an entree before I order it, but I was just looking…

I know how you feel, I am addicted to sugar too. I could eat something sweet everyday! I find that if you make small changes. I love ice cream. I buy skinny cows and they only have 130-150 calories per serving. I also will buy sugar free candy in case i get a sweet craving. I havent tried this but they say if you have a…
