congrats!! keep waiting for the day i actually "notice" a difference. I'm down 10lbs since Jan. 2 and haven't really noticed too much of a change.

well... as of yesterday I'm 4 days early! just started working out at the gym about twice a week a few weeks ago...also started watching what I'm eating and cutting all the junk food and soda.

I totally agree with this.... I don't "diet" I just watch what I eat a little more closely... monitor portion size and eat a little healthier more than not. i had a little "cheat" yesterday too... a fountain soda....hadn't had one in almost a month... tasted funny to me.. not missing much!
